I'm tired of it. The early start and constant overcoverage of the 2008 elections have left me burned out. Obviously this is something the news networks have consistently failed to take into account when they turned it into the media circus that it's been. Then again, cable news execs aren't exactly the sharpest tools in the shed....

How could we not be? I was actually surprised they let the Wyoming caucuses go by without a Bill Kristol/Mort Kondracke pregame show and late night analysis with Hannity & Colmes. And a special graphics package. Geez, folks, all night coverage for primaries? Seems like they're calling the winners before the big shows even start! I actually fell asleep on Michigan last night!

I was kind of hoping for a "hell yes!" choice Seriously though, what's worse: All of this election coverage, or these networks caring WAY too much for folks like "Our Britney" Spears, Anna Nicole, Paris Hilton, etc...? I'm not sure, personally, but I do know that I'm so thankful for DirecTV and the existence of practically 1,000+ channels so I can turn to something else One good thing for me, with regards to the political coverage last night, was that I don't usually watch the news past 8:00 (The Fox Report being the last show I'm interested in). But even that has become hard as hell to watch lately, with all of the political spin being put on that show right now. Excuse me while I go find a trash can here...I'm starting to get THAT feeling. You know, the one where the moment you see political/celeb coverage on the news, you start to get sick to your stomach
