A group of people in Georgia are suing the producers of "Deal or No Deal" over the "Lucky Case Game" that viewers can play either by text messaging from their cell phones or by the internet. The suit claims that since those that play by cell phone pay 99 cents to play, that the game's tantamount to illegal gambling.
Yet another entry into the "Dumb Lawsuit Files"....
